About Us – Home
Each month, players at MK ELITES are assigned specific focus topics to support their development.
Our sessions are built around the FA’s 4 Corner Model — physical, psychological, social, and technical — ensuring every aspect of the game is consistently developed.
Morgan Kyle - Head Coach
We assess each player’s progress across all areas with high standards, intensity, and focus, helping them improve and reach their full potential.
The FA 4 corners (physiological/social/physical and technical) will be mentioned in and throughout the sessions.
At MK ELITES, athleticism is a massive part of what we do.
To perform at your best, your body needs to be capable of delivering everything the game demands.
Throughout our sessions, players work on key physical attributes such as speed, strength, balance, and more — all designed to take their performance to the next level.
That’s why every session includes dedicated strength & conditioning and fitness work towards the end, pushing players to improve, adapt, and become stronger athletes.
Train better. Move better. Perform better.
At MK ELITES, we place a strong focus on the psychological side of the game, helping players grow into the best versions of themselves both on and off the pitch.
Belief in your own ability is key. We encourage every player to be confident, driven, and respectful, while always carrying themselves in the right manner.
This mindset must be shown at all times — through the highs and the lows — building resilience, character, and a winning mentality.
Strong mind. Strong player.
At MK ELITES, we aim to develop players with a real creative edge.
We encourage all players to become confident using both feet in any situation they face in a game — whether it’s taking a clean first touch, dribbling in tight areas, or executing a wide range of skills and techniques.
Our sessions are designed to build a strong technical foundation, while also giving players the freedom to express themselves and play with confidence.
We want players who aren’t afraid to show their ability — adding that extra spark and quality when it matters most.
The social side of football is often the most underrated — yet one of the most important.
Football is a team game, and success is built on strong, positive relationships between players and coaches. Creating the right environment allows players to feel comfortable, confident, and ready to express themselves.
At MK ELITES, we place huge importance on how players carry themselves both on and off the pitch — showing respect, good manners, and strong character at all times.
We encourage every player to connect, communicate, and support one another — even down to learning each other’s names and greeting each other on arrival.
Because when players feel comfortable, they play with more confidence, freedom, and bravery.
Football has been my passion for as long as I can remember. Since childhood, it’s been a huge part of my life, and launching my own Football Academy is truly a dream come true. From the moment I began my coaching career many years ago, my goal has always been the same — to inspire, develop, and help every player become the best version of themselves, both on and off the pitch.
I’ve had the privilege of being part of so many players’ journeys: from teaching young children how to take their very first touch, to supporting others as they progressed into the professional game. I’m grateful every day that I get to combine my passion with guiding players through the next chapters of their football development.
I’ve also been fortunate enough to coach players from a wide range of professional academies, including Barnsley, Sheffield United, Sheffield Wednesday, Leeds United, Derby County, Doncaster Rovers, Rotherham United, Manchester United, Manchester City, Leicester City and more — through both small group sessions and 1-to-1 coaching across Yorkshire.

I’ve been fortunate to coach players from a wide range of professional academies, including Barnsley, Sheffield United, Sheffield Wednesday, Leeds United, Derby County, Doncaster Rovers, Rotherham United, Manchester United, Manchester City, Leicester City and more.
Alongside this, I’ve delivered small group sessions and 1-to-1 coaching across Yorkshire, helping players develop at all levels of the game.
Ever since I’ve had the opportunity brought toward me I’ve had a football at my feet, or if not in my hands! From a little lad up until now football has always been the orbit, breaking through Saturday & Sunday league teams into Norwich City’s academy pathways as a striker, riddled myself with endless injuries at early teens eventually finding myself as a goalkeeper ever since going through the same progressive intense pathways as I pursued at younger age.
As I walk away from my playing days I aspire to portray my knowledge further, not only towards growing myself and my coaching character but also towards every single player I have the privilege to coach, no matter the age, ability or struggle, we WILL get there!
MKelites has brought me a huge opportunity in life, giving me the responsibility to show my worth and show what I can do for young lads and girls aspiring to reach their forever sporting idols levels. Every day working as a coach for MKelites I learn something new by being around state of the art coaches, great quality players and overall amazing atmospheres. Maintaining great relationships with everyone involved and most importantly building the MKelites family.

Coming from a football family from an early age football has been my life. From watching my brother play to then starting grassroots football at 7yrs old. I have been coached by some amazing coaches from very good tactical and technical coaches, to good personal development coaches which have been Academy coaches to grassroots.
I’m now 17 and I’ve already been assisting for a number of years building my own coaching skills. Taking a little bit of knowledge from all the coaches I’ve played and worked under till this point. My aim is to develop more and to do it my way.
Any youngster from little kickers to elite teenagers the main part of training is if they are enjoying it and wanting to train they are more willing to be pushed and listen more. I’ve personally found it hard sometimes and with some good advice it pushed me through learning not to be too hard on myself and from that I know how they will be feeling to try and help them understand.
POSITIVITY!!!!
I’m now studying an A level Coaching course at Barnsley FC shadow scholarship whilst still playing for Dearne and District U18 and 23’s. I’m then hoping to study advance coaching at university and bring that experience back to MK Elites. I love working here at MK Elites and plan on bringing my experiences more to help develop the kids attending Mk Elites even further.
I’ve basically had a football glued to my feet since I could walk. I came through the academies at Sheffield Wednesday, Sheffield United and Barnsley until I was 16, before heading straight into semi-pro football and have recently found my way back to Athersley Rec.
I achieved a Sports Coaching degree at Barnsley University, where I discovered a real passion for developing players just as much as playing myself. I’ve now been doing it for 6 years and still love every minute of it.
I did spend 8 months travelling around Australia and Asia, but I really missed seeing familiar faces and being around football. Since being back at MK Elites, I’ve loved getting stuck in again — especially watching the kids improve, learn new skills, and grow in confidence on and off the pitch.
There’s honestly nothing better than seeing their hard work pay off… that’s what it’s all about!

After years of playing football at a high level from a young age I have been able I have been able to develop my knowledge of football from every angle. Football has always been in my heart as a kid and I have enjoyed every second of playing. I am super excited to develop my coaching skills with MK Elites and push myself and the kids to be the best possible version of themselves on and off the pitch.
I would like to coach because it’s something that wasn’t available to me when growing up at such high level as it is a MK Elites providing many sessions with high intensity and great drills. I would love to help develop the players to become better footballers and send them to the highest level they can be. I enjoy every second of coaching at MK Elites and seeing the kids progress and push themselves more and more and it’s a group I’m proud to be apart of.
Since joining MK Elites I have enjoyed seeing the kids faces light up when scoring top bins and seeing the determination to improve themselves and push through the hard parts even though it’s very difficult. It has made my Saturdays much brighter and I wake up excited to coach and develop the players.
During my life I have experienced many great opportunities across the years with football including trials at sheff Wednesday and chesterfield I have also gone across the world to play in different places such as Germany but as I grew up I found a love for coaching and I love to help kids get to the best of their ability and would always try my best to help kids succeed not only in football but life too
After year of playing for different high level teams for example, Barnsley school boys and Barnsley shadow scholars. I have had the opportunity to coach for Mk elites and the opportunity to go overseas and play for an American colleges.
I’m excited to be a part of a strong team and to see what I can bring to the table.
