1.1. Subscription payments are billed monthly at a fixed rate. Your subscription includes:
1.2. Payments remain the same regardless of how many sessions you attend in a given month.
1.3. Subscription costs are averaged across the year to provide a consistent monthly price.
1.4. Payments are taken automatically online each month through our secure payment provider. By subscribing, you authorise recurring monthly payments until your subscription is cancelled.
2.1. Sessions normally run weekly, unless otherwise communicated.
2.2. MK ELITES will be closed for 1 week on 29th September to 5th October 2025. Sessions will pause during this period, but monthly payments will continue, in line with the evenly distributed pricing model.
2.3. Missed sessions by you are non-refundable.
3.1. Subscriptions may be cancelled following a discussion with Morgan.
3.2. No partial refunds are issued for unused sessions or mid-month cancellations.
4.1. You agree to use www.mkelitesfootball.com only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of others.
4.2. We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of content, but we cannot guarantee the Website will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from technical issues.
5.1. Participation in football sessions involves physical activity. By subscribing, you accept the risks associated with exercise and sport.
5.2. MK Elites Football is not liable for injuries, loss, or damages incurred during or outside of sessions, except where required by law.
6.1. We are committed to protecting your personal data. Any information you provide to us, including payment details, is processed securely and in compliance with applicable data protection laws (including the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018).
6.2. Online payments are processed through a secure third-party payment provider. We do not store your full payment card details on our systems.
6.3. By subscribing, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data for the purposes of managing your subscription and delivering our services.

7.1. We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the Website or subscription services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
